Ms Asad is a Senior Associate at the Firm, specialising in both contentious and non-contentious matters. She actively operates from the Firm’s Islamabad and Karachi offices.
Ms Asad regularly appears before various courts and tribunals, representing clients in constitutional, civil, and corporate-commercial litigations. She has several reported judgments from different High Courts and the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Additionally, she has extensive experience in handling ad-hoc domestic and international institutional arbitrations, including those under ICC.
