Ali Ibrahim is the founding partner of the Firm. He regularly advises Clients on corporate and commercial matters, transactional agreements and disputes. He has received an LLM degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.

Mr. Ibrahim gained corporate and commercial experience during his four years at one of the leading law firms in the country. He was also involved in many high profile commercial litigations and regulatory matters and assisted many senior lawyers including those who have since been elevated to the Supreme Court. Mr. Ibrahim was exposed to diverse areas of civil and commercial law that enabled him to develop a wide ranging skill-set for both contentious and non-contentious matters before the appropriate fora.

Mr. Ibrahim regularly advises MNCs, Banks and Insurance Companies on a wide array of subjects including compliance and contracts. He has vast experience in representing clients before the regulatory authorities as well as through the judicial hierarchy. Most recently, Mr. Ibrahim represented a major government owned corporation before the Sindh High Court in a public procurement dispute pertaining to the license for implementation of the FCTC Protocols for prohibition of illicit trade in tobacco products. He was able to repel the challenge to the award of the License to the client. Mr. Ibrahim also advises mega construction engineering contractors and employers on FIDIC based contracts and is one of the most sought after lawyers for legal advice relating to complex issues. He combines his strong understanding of commercial law and contentious work experience to deliver practical and commercially viable solutions to his clients. He is often the port of first call for a number of international law firms and leading local businesses for their sophisticated local corporate and outbound corporate work. To quote a few examples, Ali recently advised an Oil Marketing Company as to an investment and share purchase transaction totaling upwards of Rs. 800 Million Rupees. Ali also advised a client as to a Track & Trace License regarding Tobacco Products worth Rs. 5 billion.

Apart from his legal practice, Mr. Ibrahim has also been involved in legal research and consultancy work for some time. He is actively involved in the Non-Governmental and Development sector working as a law and policy consultant for various Civil Society Organizations at the governmental and the sub-governmental level as well.Recently, Mr. Ibrahim drafted the Punjab Reproductive Health Rights Bill in collaboration with international donor agencies and concerned government institutions to be tabled before the Punjab Assembly. Mr. Ibrahim thus has developed a unique diversity enabling him to handle over 200 cases personally at the trial and appellate stage while also advising on key commercial, corporate, banking and public policy matters

Mr. Ibrahim received initial legal training at the law offices of Hasan&Hasan, AitzazAhsan& Associates and Corenlius, Lane & Mufti. He is a lifetime member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association and the Lahore Bar Association.
